Making a submission on the draft District Plan
Shading, poor location of buildings, and loss of voice, coupled with a lack of focus on under-utilised land, good design, or real leadership are all part of the challenges with the draft District Plan. LIVE WELLington has developed joined up solutions that can deliver better housing, stronger communities and lower emissions. Check out our FAQs, or go straight to the submission material below.
Have your say
Submissions closed on the Wellington City Council's draft District Plan at 5pm 17 December (this was extended from 14 December).
This submission round is a consultation on the ‘non-statutory draft’ – there will be another consultation on the statutory draft in 2022 – but it’s really important we make our concerns known to the council during this round, so they can start to address them.
